Payment Policy

Toccoa veterinary hospital requires that payment is rendered at the time services are provided.


For customer convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, personal checks, and Care Credit.
We do not accept American express at this time.

  • Checks are run through a program called telecheck. This requires us to put in a valid drivers license number each time we process a check.
  • We DO NOT have a payment policy , however we do accept Care Credit, which is a third party “Credit Card.” Please apply online at www.CareCredit.com.

Patient Arrival

For the safety of your pet and others, all animals are asked to come in a carrier or on a leash. If you do not have a leash, we would be delighted to provide one for you, Thank You.


Appointments

We operate primarily by appointments, this allows ample time for each and every one of our patients. With this said, please keep in mind that emergencies do happen and a short wait time may occur.
